Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@marwajewels.com.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues
We take pride in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including earrings and gift cards. If items show marks, or scratches, or are in unsellable condition, they will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you obtain what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If you are shipping merchandise into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to justify. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you whether your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
