What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Check our return policy for more information.
When will I get my order?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:30 pm (AEDT) are dispatched the same day. As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on where you are in Australia.
What materials do you use in your jewellery?
Every piece is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver and set with hand-selected zirconia stones for lasting sparkle. Each one is then finished with a rhodium plating and five layers of protective coating, which keeps the silver bright, resists tarnish, and makes it gentle on sensitive skin.
Will the jewellery tarnish or lose its shine?
Each piece is finished with either rhodium or 18k rose gold plating, plus five layers of protective coating, so it’s made for everyday wear. To keep that finish at its best for as long as possible, put your jewellery on after perfume and lotion, take it off before swimming or showering, and store it somewhere dry when you’re not wearing it.
